Chef Allan, President 
Chef Allan is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has over 26 years of culinary experience. Prior to establishing his inflight catering business in 1997, he worked at some of the most exclusive restaurants in Boston and Martha's Vineyard, including Chez Nous, Lambert's Cove Inn, Lobster in the Bluffs, The Bostonian Hotel, Upstairs at the Pudding, Gargoyles on the Square and Cafe Celador. Allan's culinary creativity and impeccable commitment to quality makes his services unsurpassed in this area.  As Allan says:

Clare Rose-Howard, Vice President
Clare Rose-Howard graduated with High Honors from Boston University's MBA program with a concetration in Entrepreneurial Management. Prior to joining Chef Allan's, Clare worked in client relationship management and marketing in the investment industry at exclusive firms including Wellington Management and Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo.
